How to get into the special forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on conscription. How is the selection in the special forces of Russia

In the elite branches of the military and special forces, the requirements for recruits - both physical and otherwise - are at the highest level. To get into parts special purpose it is necessary to have a certain set of qualities that it would be nice to cultivate in yourself even before the draft age or the opportunity to join the army comes. Airborne Airborne Troops Russian Federation- one of those military branches where traditions, morality and physical strength are best known. Vasily Filippovich Margelov - the legendary founder of the airborne troops, "BATYA" - as the paratroopers themselves call him - at the dawn winged infantry laid down the basic principles and standards for those who aspired to serve in the army, capable of passing through Europe in a week. It was in the Soviet Union that by the mid-80s, 14 separate brigades, two individual regiment and about 20 separate battalions in blue berets. A separate military district corresponded to one brigade, in which a special instructor monitored the physical form of the fighters in each company. Standards for entering the service in the Airborne Forces Soviet Union were, if not sports, then near-sports for sure - pull-ups 20 times, a run of 100 meters, a marathon run of 10 kilometers, push-ups - at least 50 times. The morning hour of the physical training of Soviet paratroopers was generally different from almost all branches of the military - there were both jumps and jumps with a 360-degree turn, pull-ups and, of course, push-ups. Russian army under Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu Soviet direction physical training of paratroopers began to grow qualitatively. The requirements for entering the service in the airborne troops of Russia, although somewhat softer than in the Soviet Union, are only the minimum set in order to obtain a pass and the opportunity to serve in the ranks of the country's best conscripts. To get into the Airborne Forces, you must have weight from 75 to 85 kg and height from 175 to 190 centimeters. If growth is a value that cannot be influenced, then it is advisable to lose excess weight with a strong desire to serve in the Airborne Forces. Such strict selection criteria are due to the specifics of the service, because most special forces are selected precisely with the wording "Fit for service in the airborne troops." General state health is an equally important factor that directly affects whether a conscript gets to serve in the Airborne Forces or not. Smoking, heart disease, addiction to alcohol - the conscript should be deprived of all this in principle, so that the draft commission does not have questions during the examination. The most severe physical exertion for people who smoke and with bad habits in general, according to the military, they are categorically contraindicated. Particular attention in the Airborne Forces is paid to vision - even a slight deterioration in it can be a reason for refusing to enroll in this type of troops. In addition to almost absolute health, after the recruit is enrolled in the Airborne Forces, it is also necessary to have endurance, since about 20% of conscripts cannot cope with standard loads after enrollment and can be sent to serve in other branches of the military. Marines The Marines are one of the most prepared and physically strong guys in Russia. Interspecific competitions, military reviews and other events where it is necessary to show the level of physical strength, traditionally cannot do without representatives of the marine corps. In addition to the general physical "fortress", a potential "marine" must have: registered in psychiatric, narcological and other dispensaries both at the place of registration and at the place of residence, and it is also desirable to have one of the sports categories. Availability rule sports achievements works in the Airborne Forces, however, according to the established tradition, it is in marines conscript-athletes are given increased attention and assigned the most responsible tasks. Athletes with serious achievements, as a rule, are already disciplined people and they don’t need additional motivation in this regard, ”Viktor Kalanchin, deputy head of the draft commission of one of the capital’s military registration and enlistment offices, said in an interview with Zvezda. Also, it is in the Marine Corps with special attention also apply to conscripts with certain technical knowledge: radio engineering, electronics, computing devices. Such qualities help to prepare for a military specialty right during military service and in the future will give serious help when entering service under a contract. As for the physical requirements necessary for serving in the Russian Marine Corps, then everything is simple - excellent health in category A, the ability to pull up at least 10-12 times and the absence of chronic diseases. The rest, according to the military, in the conscript will be consistently and diligently brought up. Special Forces Special tasks and requirements are imposed on people who perform special tasks. It should be remembered, however, that special forces, whatever it may be, are not combined arms training, but hard and daily work, which not everyone can cope with. However, it is precisely with the offer to serve in the special forces that the recruits are “suited” precisely after, and even during the service in the airborne troops or the marines. high. The rules of standard training (both physical and psychological) do not work in special forces. Here, every fighter is made universal soldier, capable of doing everything and doing it efficiently. Running, pull-ups, grueling forced marches at distances three times longer than ordinary army ones - all this is present in abundance in the preparation of a special forces soldier. However, special forces are different for special forces and each special forces unit has its own specifics. Special Forces of the Main Intelligence Directorate General Staff and the FSB special forces stand apart among special units: 20 or even all 30 pull-ups, 30 push-ups on the uneven bars, running a distance of a thousand meters in three minutes - this is far from full list what you need to do in order to start being considered as a candidate for service in the best Russian special forces units. Andrey Vasiliev, an instructor in one of the Moscow rapid reaction units, in an interview with Zvezda, said that physical activity is the most insignificant thing to face to people who aspire to serve precisely in special forces: “In intelligence, in addition to endurance and physical fitness, the mind is also important. Therefore, analytical thinking, the ability to quickly make certain decisions that will effectively complete the task, is no less important than, for example, physical strength. The main attention in such things is paid to people who, before serving in the army, received higher education in some technical area. I know for sure that they have shown and are showing increased attention to such people. One of the most serious tests for those who want to test their physical and psychological abilities can be an exam for the right to wear a “maroon” beret. It is this insignia of the special forces of the internal troops that is the best proof of the "professional suitability" of a fighter. Not everyone passes the exhausting test, which includes an almost marathon forced march, an obstacle course, hand-to-hand combat with an instructor. According to statistics, only 20-30% of the examinees pass the test. Contrary to popular belief, the exam for the right to wear a maroon beret does not end with physical exertion. The basics of shooting skills against the background of severe fatigue, the basics of storming a building using special equipment, high-speed shooting - all this is included in the mandatory list of tests for those who want to devote their lives to special forces. The set of rules, both for army units and for special forces, says one thing - serving for the good of the Fatherland is not a vacation. It is hard, difficult and truly men's work, requiring an absolute physical health and serious mental abilities. It is the combination of these qualities that allows yesterday's ordinary guys to get into elite troops, and those who have served or are serving - to improve their professional skills and move up the ladder military service.

Spetsnaz - special forces different years created in most countries of the world. Many young guys are concerned about the question of how to get into special forces, but it must be said right away that it is not so easy and even excellent physical fitness is not always a guarantee of.

How can you get into the special forces?

If you are interested in how you can get into the special forces by conscription, you can not rush: in any case, you first need to serve in the army. Although it is worth striving for intelligence, airborne troops, etc. It is necessary to rise to the rank of warrant officer, and in order to become an officer, a diploma from a higher military university or any other institution of education of this kind is required. Special training You can go to the Military Diplomatic Academy. You can get into the special forces from the army only this way: somehow it won’t work out differently - lower ranks don’t get there.

The requirements for candidates are very strict: height must be at least 175 cm, and age must not exceed 28 years. Physical fitness is top notch. A special forces soldier trains without days off and checkpoints. He needs to pass certain standards, for example, a 3-kilometer run in 10 minutes, a hundred-meter run in 12 seconds, pull-ups on the crossbar - 25 times. All standards are passed in a row, and the rest between exercises can only be called such with a stretch, and at the end of the whole complex, the warrior is waiting for three series of hand-to-hand combat with a coach or a well-trained person from the officer corps.

Moreover, the candidate is expected to show activity, and not just passively holding defense. In addition, in the barracks, fighters often secretly check each other to always be in shape. But even once in the ranks of special forces, you can “fly out” of them without passing the test of hunger for a week and lack of sleep for up to several days.

What does it take to get into the special forces?

The recommendation of a person already serving in the special forces, or a high-ranking rank of the armed forces, can play a decisive role in making a decision. A person must be absolutely healthy both physically and psychologically. The candidate is waiting for long conversations with "soul healers", a lie detector test and a check of all the next of kin for a criminal record, police drives, problems with drugs or alcohol, etc. Even an incorrect bite can block a guy from joining the special forces.

Those who are interested in how you can get into special forces should answer that you should achieve heights. Often you can get into such a unit with a maroon beret. In any case, the more outstanding achievements and records will be documented in a personal file, the higher the chances of joining the ranks of special forces. The parents and wife of the future candidate are also being interviewed. They must put their signature on the document and agree that their son or husband will serve in such a unit.

The nationality of the applicant does not matter, but citizenship should not give rise to doubt that a person lives in this particular country. This is especially true in light of recent events in the world, but in any case, all these issues are considered individually okay. Big plus there will be additional higher education, knowledge foreign languages especially if it's intelligence. The price includes ranks in martial arts, boxing, wrestling. But it is even more important to show oneself in mountaineering, athletics, rowing, parachuting, swimming, biathlon, and, of course, shooting. Special forces have a saying that a soldier must shoot like a cowboy and run like a horse. Now it is clear that random people they are not included in the special forces. As a rule, the applicant makes such a decision as a child and begins to devote free time sports.

In connection with requests regarding the opportunity to serve in Alfa, Vympel, and regional anti-terror units, we are posting this information, which will allow you to remove the initial typical questions and realistically assess your physical and psychological capabilities.

Primary selection

The selection system for anti-terror special forces is carried out in several stages. For service in the special forces of the Special Purpose Center of the FSB of Russia, as a rule, officers and ensigns, as well as cadets of military schools, are selected as candidates for officer positions.

Ninety-seven percent of the positions in spetsnaz are officer positions, and only three percent are ensign positions. Accordingly, an officer must have a higher education, an ensign - not lower than secondary. Ensigns are usually appointed to the positions of drivers and instructors.

Firstly, a candidate for special forces must be recommended either by an active employee of the TsSN, or by a veteran who previously served in Alfa, Vympel, or Directorate C. The selection is also carried out from cadets of universities of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation or from border institutes of the FSB.

Preference is given to those who are already studying at the Faculty of Special Forces, which is in the Novosibirsk Higher Combined Arms Command School. The selection of children from the Moscow VOKU is also being made.

For candidates, there is one serious restriction on physical data - height must be at least 175 centimeters. This is due to the fact that in operations, employees often use heavy armored shields of impressive size. For undersized employees, these protective equipment is dragged along the ground.

An exception may be made for a candidate whose professional merit outweighs the lack of growth and can be used during a special operation when penetrating the hatches of an aircraft (as an example).

Another limitation is age. The candidate must be no older than 28 years old. True, for those who come to the CSN from other power structures and have combat experience, an exception may be made.

Physical testing

Physical testing is divided into two stages, which take place on the same day. During the first, candidates pass physical fitness standards, followed by sparring hand-to-hand combat.

The candidate arrives at the “object”, changes into a sports uniform for the season. He must run a distance of three kilometers in 10 minutes 30 seconds. After the finish, he is given 5 minutes to rest, and then his sprinting qualities are tested in overcoming the hundred meters for a while. The credit result is about 12 seconds.

Next, you need to complete 90 flexions and extensions of the torso in two minutes. This is followed by push-ups from the floor. The offset for Control "A" is 90 times, for Control "B" - 75. Sometimes push-ups from the floor can be replaced with push-ups on the uneven bars. In this case, the required amount is 30 times.

The execution time is not strictly limited, but the candidate is not allowed to rest during the execution. They also strictly monitor how the exercise is performed. If the candidate, in the opinion of the receiving employee, does not clearly perform this or that exercise, it is not counted to him.

After that, the candidate is invited to perform a complex strength exercise. For "A" and "B" - 7 and 5 times, respectively. The complex exercise includes 15 push-ups from the floor, 15 flexions and extensions of the torso (checking the abdominals), then 15 times the transition from the “crouching emphasis” position to the “lying emphasis” and back, then 15 jumps from the “crouching” position up.

Each exercise is given 10 seconds. The described cycle is a single execution of a complex exercise. There is no rest break between each exercise. Sometimes in Office "A" it is proposed to perform an endurance test - jump up 100 times.

hand-to-hand combat

Having completed physical testing, the candidate rests for 3 minutes, after which, putting on protection on his legs, on his groin, a helmet on his head, gloves on his hands, he enters the wrestling mat. The candidate's rival is an instructor or a well-trained employee. At the same time, the weight category of the candidate is not taken into account, and an employee weighing under 100 kg can go against him, weighing, for example, 75 kilograms. The fight consists of three rounds.

In the ring, the candidate is required to be active, passive defense is not welcome. It is very difficult to do this, given the loads that the candidate has overcome during the physical tests. Against him comes a completely fresh employee. Here, first of all, fighting qualities, the ability to attack, the ability to take a hit and, of course, the will are tested. There were cases when the masters of sports did not stand in the ring, and the guys who did not have any serious sports titles, on the contrary, stubbornly attacked and rushed at the enemy.

To some extent, the hand-to-hand combat phase resembles the similar phase of testing candidates during the maroon beret examination. True, I must say that in the CSN they approach the test in a more balanced way, without trying to score a candidate. The instructor often lets the candidate work on his own, take the initiative to understand what he can do. Although there were cases when during sparring they broke their arms and noses. Sometimes, to test the ability to beat with hands and feet, the candidate is allowed to work on the bag.

This completes this testing phase. Preference is given to candidates with sporting merit in martial arts, as well as in boxing and wrestling. Although accept and runners.

If a candidate for a special unit comes from other units of the Special Purpose Center, he may be subject to additional requirements. Shooting skills should be checked or the ability to swim (100 meters for a while and 25 meters underwater without any equipment).

Special check

This is followed by the so-called special check, during which even all relatives are thoroughly checked. While this process is going on, the candidate undergoes an initial examination by a psychologist, who, with the help of tests, studies the personality of the subject, his character, temperament, moral attitudes, etc.

During the interview, the psychologist also tries to identify the characteristics of the personality of the candidate, clarifies for himself some unclear points. It happens that candidates do not say something or lie.

Based on the results of the initial selection, the psychologist makes psychological characteristics candidate. She is filed in the case of a special inspection. This document is necessary for the future chief to understand what kind of person came to serve in the unit.

The polygraph (aka “lie detector”) is designed primarily to identify the “dark spots of the biography”, such as addiction to alcohol and drugs, connections with the underworld, corrupt motives, antisocial tendencies and other aspects.

Based on the results of the survey, a certificate is drawn up. The assessment of the candidate is compiled in points, which gives a visible picture of how successfully he passed the tests. For example, the total number of possible points in physical fitness is 900. The minimum number of points from which a candidate is considered for admission to the CSP is 700. The average passing score is 800.

Family conversation

After the candidate is recognized as having successfully passed the selection tests and his verification, an interview with his parents and his wife is mandatory. During the conversation, they are explained the nature and characteristics of service in special forces.

The result of this interview should be the written consent of the parents and wife with the admission of the candidate to serve in the special forces. This procedure is primarily due to the fact that special forces perform tasks with increased risk for life.

If the candidate has successfully passed all the stages and the relatives are not against his service in the CSN, he is enlisted in the special forces as a young employee. Those undergo an initiation ritual with the presentation of black berets and special knives "Antiterror", which are officially adopted by the special forces. They also receive gifts from International Association veterans of the anti-terror unit "Alpha" (hours).

If the selected candidate does not show himself with better side, he can be expelled from the special forces.

Further preparation

In September-October, the Center conducts a training course for young employees, during which they are engaged in mountain and airborne training and other special disciplines. By the way, absolutely all employees of combat departments jump with a parachute.

Upon completion of this stage, young employees return to their units again, where they undergo training as part of the units for three years. Already there is a division into full-time and non-staff positions.

Specialization training is a separate program that requires a long time and perseverance of an employee in order to become a true professional in his field.

At the end of each year, the professional qualities and physical fitness of all employees of the Center are checked.

If young employees are taken on combat missions, then only to perform some supporting functions. Only those who have served in the unit for at least two years, or employees who previously had combat experience, take part in special operations.

There is an unspoken rule in the Center that after being enrolled in special forces, an employee must serve in it for at least five years. This is exactly the period that is necessary for the preparation of a classy "action movie" of anti-terror. The vast majority continue to serve further.

The requirements are high and candidates are required to show all their knowledge and abilities not only to endure, but also to do it energetically. Along with this, candidates are examined by psychologists, who, as a result of special tests, comprehend the figure of the candidate, reveal the features of his temper, character, moral qualities, and so on. At the next stage, a large medical examination will have to be passed, which allows you to determine the likelihood of admission to airborne training. A polygraph test is essential. The average passing score is eight hundred.
