Yoga for the first and second chakras. Chakras in yoga

FIFTH
The chakra, the cervical center, is located at the base of the neck. It governs the neck, throat and vocal cords. When this chakra awakens, we discover qualities of deep peace and a sense of expanded consciousness.

We speak of the SIXTH chakra as having two “poles”. One pole is located at the point between the eyebrows, in the spiritual eye. This place
enlightenment, intuition, joy, etc.

The other pole is located in the medulla oblongata, at the base of the brain. It regulates breathing and is the primary entry point of prana (life force) into the body. This is also the location of the personality, the little self, and therefore this pole is associated with the quality of giving oneself

In fact, each chakra has two poles, like a magnet. But the poles of the sixth chakra are so distinct that we can think of them as two different chakras.

The SEVENTH chakra, or crown chakra, is located at the top of the head. This is the place of union with the Divine, the fusion of the small self with the higher self, the ultimate goal of all spiritual quest.

Taught that to achieve this goal,
we must first collect all our vitality into the spiritual eye, therefore all further recommendations for opening the chakras will focus on enhancing magnetism at the point between the eyebrows.

Each chakra works with a specific vibration of energy, a vibration that can be expressed either positively or negatively. “Positive” and “negative” should not be understood as “good” and “bad,” but as the positive and negative poles of a magnet. The difference is simply a matter of focus.

Positive direction helps us realize our true nature as children of God. The negative direction takes us away from this, forcing us to become more and more identified with the things of this world.”

Audio from a video about chakras with a small addition:

Each of the chakras has an emotional and psychological component, and each of the chakras is also associated with a certain element.

More information about the properties of chakras can be obtained from this table:

All areas of yoga, starting with the present, all true spiritual paths in one way or another work to activate positive traits chakras and redirect the energy flowing from them inward and upward.
In the modern Western world, many people practicing yoga, especially in the directions of Kundalini Yoga and Kriya Yoga, practice many mechanical physical and breathing exercises with the aim of opening the chakras and raising kundalini.

As the great Yogi Vivikananda said:

“Do yoga in any case, even if you die on this path, then this desire will allow you to be born again in good conditions for practice and you will continue more wisely.”

However, in order not to take a long pause during the painful years of consciousness growth in infancy, it is better to do everything right right away.

And the correct approach is the most careful approach to working with chakras.

The etheric-astral body, chakras and kundalini are a register in a computer. A child may hit the keys and the computer will freeze, but by restarting it, we can continue working on it. The physical body can tolerate drinking, partying and harmful foods, it will just live 70 years instead of 150, but if you carelessly replace 0 with 1 in the registry, the computer may not restart. In the world of yoga, enough people have damaged their physical bodies with incorrect hatha yoga, but what is much worse: in the world of yoga and esotericism there are enough people who have encountered more problems, some ended up in a madhouse, others ahead of schedule left the body.

The best guarantee of safety on the spiritual path is the one with which a person tries to strengthen his attunement. This must be an already realized Master in whom you, as a student, have confidence.

Without the above conditions, I do not recommend using techniques to cleanse and open the chakras, even if it is ten times fashionable and all modern “yogis” do it.

For those who have true aspiration for God and devotion to the guru, some special techniques opening the chakras may not be necessary, and concentration on God, on the guru is the most powerful yoga technique for cleansing the chakras, activating them and raising kundalini.

At whatever stage of your spiritual path you were not there, you will always need something as clear as possible, as deep and powerful as possible, attractive. It is precisely these components of success that need to be given as much attention as possible.

It is better to focus on the work, it may look longer, but it will provide much more reliable and safe guarantees for the opening and cleansing of the chakras.

Be wise, my dear reader, and see you in the reality of yoga.

A very good meditation that better explains the topic of chakras:

And he also talks very interestingly about chakras and the properties of chakras in this video:

Various spiritual traditions speak of different numbers chakras, usually there are from 4 to 9 (sometimes more). The location and names of the chakras sometimes vary (for example, the Muladhara chakra in ancient sources is sometimes called “Svadhisthana” - “the abode of the self”). In classical yoga, it is generally accepted that we have 7 main chakras located along the spine from bottom to top: Muladhara, Svadhistana, Manipura, Anahata, Vishuddhi, Ajna and Sahasrara - in addition to large quantity secondary. There are chakras located higher and lower along Sushumna (“demonic” or animal / “divine” chakras), and there are also auxiliary chakras: for example, located in the throat, in the palms of the hands, in the armpits, and so on.

Each yoga asana usually correlates with one chakra, which it “works” and activates. This material is based on this assumption (and only clairvoyants can say for sure!). The reader can try and check. Moreover, there are 3 levels of difficulty of asanas, from beginner to advanced.

The presence of 1 or 2 “Kshetrams” for each chakra - switching points, by acting on which can also switch on the chakra, does not clarify this issue. Often the work of an asana with a chakra is connected precisely with the impact on the Kshetram: for example, the Sahasrara chakra is easiest to activate with a headstand - Sirshasana, in which there is considerable pressure on the top of the head - the Kshetram of the “crown” chakra. But not necessarily: for example, the Ajna chakra is activated by all the balance chakras - with pressure on the forehead or back of the head - the Kshetramas of this chakra, of course, are not present.

So, from theory to practice!

Complex “7 chakras” for beginners (simple asanas):

  • Tadasana - “Mountain Pose”. Also do variations with raising your feet on your toes, and bending your arms and body to the sides (Tiriyaka Tadasana). Do not hurry.
  • Dolasana - “Pendulum Pose.” Performed slowly and carefully.
  • Advasana “Inverted Dead Body Pose” - “Savasana lying on the stomach.” Then do Trikonasana - “Triangle Pose”. You can alternate these two practices if you have time.
  • Ardha Ushtrasana - Half Camel Pose. After half the time allotted for the pose has expired, change the supporting hand through the upper position.
  • Hasta Uttanasana - “Stretch pose with arms extended upward.” This is the second pose of the Surya Namaskar complex. Perform statically, in approaches; rest between them in Padahastasana - “Head to feet pose” (Padahastasana “includes” Svadhisthana - the opposite pose of Vishuddhi). Then do Saral Dhanurasana - “Easy Bow Pose” (with your hips on the mat).
  • Eka Pada Pranamasana - “Salute on one leg” (nari Samasthiti). Alternate with Eka Padasana - the power “Stand on one leg” (also sometimes called Bakasana - “Stork Pose”).
  • Naman Pranamasana - “Praying Pose.” This is a lighter variation of the headstand.

Complex “7 chakras” for intermediate ones (asanas of medium difficulty):

  • Preparation for Hanumanasana or full Hanumanasana - “Monkey King Pose”. Either Brahmachari asana (“Ascetic Pose”); this second position requires a lot of strength and is preferred for men.
  • Marjari asana - “Cat pose”. Performed slowly, dynamically. Then, in a static state, Ashva Sanchalanasana is performed - “Horseman Pose” (it is familiar to us from Surya Namaskar)
  • Mayurasana - “Peacock Pose.” Then Makarasana - “Crocodile Pose” or Matsya Kridasana - “Pose of a fish jumping out of water”, or Vajrasana - “Lightning Pose”.
  • Samakonasana is a useful and rather labor-intensive pose that is demanding on the spine. Then do full version Gomukhasana (arms clasped behind the back and pressed against the Kshetram of Anahata on the posterior projection of the spine). Then repeat Marjari-asana several times (in dynamics) and complete the work with Anahata with Sarpasana pose - “Snake Pose”. Then you can lie down in Advasana for 1-2 minutes, restoring your breathing.
  • Ushtrasana - “Camel Pose”. The neck in this pose is relaxed, which allows you to activate Vishuddhi. Then do another Parvatasana - “Mountain Pose” (aka “Downward Facing Dog”).
  • Dhanurasana - “Bow Pose” (activates Ajna and Manipura). Then Padadhirasana - “Breathing Balance Pose” (sitting in Vajrasana with your palms under your armpits).
  • Sirshasana - “Headstand”.

Complex “7 chakras” for advanced complexity:

  • Bhadrasana - “Graceful\favorable pose.” Kukkutasana - “Rooster Pose” or Pada Angushthasana (“Standing Pose thumb one leg"). Then Murdhasana - “Pose of support on the crown of the head.”
  • Vyagrasana - “Waking Tiger Pose.” Performed dynamically. Then Yogamudrasana is done - “Psychic Union Pose” (static).
  • Shashankh-Bhujangasana is a labor-intensive vinyasa of two chakras, including Svadhisthana and Manipura (Bhujangasana - “Cobra Pose” includes only Svadhisthana, but Shashankasana - “Hare Pose” - both Svadhisthana and Manipura). Then do Chakrasana - “Wheel Pose”, and relax in a short Shavasana.
  • Supta Vajrasana - “Lying Lightning Pose.” A pose that requires increased flexibility. Activates Anahata, and in addition to it, also Svadhisthana and Sahasrara (!). Then do Lolasana (“Swinging Pose”), after this labor-intensive pose you can lie down for a short time in Shavasana.
  • Simhagarjanasana - “Roaring Lion Pose” (roaring is not necessary). Then Ardha Chandrasana - Crescent Moon Pose. Then Tolangulasana - “Libra Pose”.
  • Vrischikasana - Scorpio Pose. Short Shavasana. Then Padma Parvatasana - “Lotus Mountain Pose”.
  • Long Sirshasana - “Headstand”.

The complexes are performed on an empty stomach (2-3 hours after eating), and after completion you need to do Shavasana (relaxation on the back) for at least 10 minutes.

Shavasana itself activates the Ajna chakra, but it also harmonizes all 5 pranas - energy flows in the body - therefore it is always performed at the end of a yoga class.

When performing any exercises of these complexes, discomfort should be avoided.

You can find out about contraindications to each asana from yoga teachers or from reference literature (including see “Asana. Pranayama. Mudra. Bandha”, edited by S.S. Saraswati, any edition).

Alexey Sokolovsky is a teacher of classical Hatha yoga (“according to Satyananda”), who has been practicing yoga for more than 15 years. Leader of outdoor yoga seminars.

Anahata yoga is a centuries-old practice whose goal was spiritual and physical health. It widely influences our lives, because with the opening of the chakras new opportunities appear. Fortunately, now you don’t need to look for ancient scrolls to understand how to work with chakras - below you will find the basic methods.

In the article:

Anahata yoga and Kundalini yoga - different directions of teaching

Like any teaching that includes philosophy, yoga is divided into many movements. They are not at odds with each other, but their methods are different. What are the main types of yoga? After all, listing all the schools can waste a huge amount of time. So let's talk only about the most popular ones. This Kundalini yoga and Anahata yoga. Their teachings spread widely across the territory of India and gained weight even among us. This does not mean that these two schools are the only ones. Of course not. But they are the most popular. Let's look briefly at each of them.

Anahata Yoga is a school of teachings whose main practices concern. It is named after her name - Anahata. Problems arise with it when your heart shrinks from pain - betrayal, unhappy love, mistrust of loved ones and parents. In order for these problems to no longer affect you, you need to be able to control Anahata.

Kundalini Yoga is directly related to the energy of the Universe. With the one who gives life to everything, is responsible for the rebirth of the human soul. It flows and pulsates through the entire Universe. Energy control using the methods of the Kundalini school allows you to give impetus to spiritual development. It is with the help of their techniques that we will try to talk about how to independently control the chakras.

Yoga for opening chakras - working with Muladhara

symbolizes the connection between man and the earth and opens quite simply. After all, we all live in the material world. Working with it, in fact, is much easier than with all other energy nodes. This is accessible even to a beginner.

Opening Muladhara is an almost natural process that does not require mental effort. But you can’t do this carelessly. It can be done easily and easily, but few practices in yoga are possible without a responsible attitude.

Remember that human energy rests here. So when working with this point you need to be as calm as possible. There is no need to rush and approach her with callous formality. You must feel the whole work, pour into it with all your soul. Calm your mind.

First of all, take siddhasana - a pose for working with Muladhara. The heel should press on it, between the anus and genitals. Relax, concentrate. Pay your attention only to the chakra and the feeling of pressure. After a while you will feel warmth and pulsation. The more experience you have, the shorter this period of time will be.

Think about your breathing. Imagine that you are breathing Muladhara. Think only about him for the next 5 minutes. Imagine red. This is the color that corresponds to Muladhara. Think about it during meditation, let the red light flood everything around. Let the warm “hand” of the chakra go along the spine, higher and higher. And finally, stay calm for a while. The energy point needs to be given a couple of minutes. After all, it must not only open, but also stand in the right place.

Yogic techniques for working with Svadhisthana

It is here that images of human problems, mistakes, misdeeds are stored - all those weaknesses that can poison our lives. In accordance with this, you should behave very carefully and carefully. So as not to stir up a wave of negative memories.

To begin, stand in Siddhasana. But here there is some choice - just a relaxed position in a chair, or a wheel on the floor works just as well. Calm down, let the relaxation rise to the very top of your head. Somewhere at this moment you should get a feeling of warmth and pulsation where the chakra is located. It is between the pubic bone and the sacrum.

Now start breathing. Give him your full attention. Try to erase the boundary that separates a single breath. Let your breath become a constant flow of air. Let it circulate throughout the body. At this moment, you will have the feeling that a vortex has formed at the site of the chakra. Orange, chakra color. Let it absorb energy, expand and swell. Let it rise up the spine. When you finish your meditation, sit for a few minutes in complete peace and silence.

You need to work with this chakra every day for a month, and then according to circumstances when the need arises. Mantras and regular practices will help you manage the Swadhisthana chakra in five minutes.

Kundalini yoga for 3 chakras

Kundalini yoga for the 3rd chakra says: problems with it appear when a person takes on too much. They tear things apart and pull them in their direction. There is no time to rejoice at the completion of one, as you need to take on others. Too much energy is wasted in the sand of immediate problems. Difficulties can also appear if a person is too fixated on one problem. Cannot break free from the captivity of the same thought.

Follow your inner gaze through the body and find the chakra. It is located between the chest and shoulder blades. Just like last time, imagine a vortex that accumulates energy. It fills and expands. Only this time it should be yellow. Feel the pulsation in the Manipura chakra.

Perhaps the chakra area will tingle - that's okay, that's how it should be. Dissolve in these sensations, let them take over you completely. Once finished, remain in a relaxed position for a while. The result needs to be consolidated. The main thing is not to let negative emotions, because they can destroy all the results achieved by meditation.

Anahata yoga - working with the fourth chakra

Fourth chakra - Anahata. She is responsible for love, so it is very important to evoke it in yourself during meditation. Perhaps artificially. The object of love itself is not so important, the main thing here is the feeling itself.

Take a comfortable position. Which one is not important. The main thing here is that you are completely comfortable. Relax, evoke in yourself a feeling of love, adoration, reverence. Let them cover you completely, dissolve you in themselves. Now - concentrate on the chakra. It is located next to the heart, on inside spinal column. If you can’t immediately determine the location, there is an easier method. It is enough just to put your hand where a person puts his hand if he is speaking meaningfully about himself. “I love, I like” - your guide words.

Now imagine a turquoise swirl there. Let it grow, absorb energy, and become stronger. Feel the pulsation and warmth, dissolve in them. May they bring you pleasure. Finally, remain in a comfortable position for a while, allowing the chakra to calm down and gain a foothold.

It is advisable to do this meditation before bed. Its beneficial influence will help you fall asleep quickly and bring with you the feeling of love to an unconscious level.

Kundalini yoga - 5th chakra

. Meditation for working with this point begins with the same thing as everyone else - with a comfortable pose. Observe your sensations when breathing, immerse yourself in them completely. Monitor your deep breaths and exhalations, mentally erase the boundary between them. Let them turn into one movement of air. Let an indigo-colored energy vortex appear before your eyes. It should appear in the jugular cavity. If it doesn’t work, look at the chakra symbol, at the yantra. Mentally move it to where the Vishuddhi chakra is located.

At this moment, a feeling of warmth and pulsation will appear. Listen to it, feel it with your whole body. You can stop here - stay in a calm position for several minutes, let the result take hold.

Kundalini yoga for the 5th chakra advises: do not forget to read the mantra during meditation. The chakra resonates with the vibrations of the vocal cords and responds more easily to such manipulations.

Kundalini yoga - work with the 6th chakra

. Meditation is a fairly simple ritual to work with. Moreover, you can help yourself with visualization. You just need to put a dot in the place of the “third eye”. Exactly where Indian women put them. This will help you concentrate both on the Ajna chakra and on meditation in general.

Kundalini yoga for the 6th chakra advises meditating in a comfortable position. It is best to take the lotus position - it works best with this meditation. Here comes the time of breathing. Take a series of inhalations and exhalations. Breathe as deeply as possible and watch the movement of your chest. Let an amethyst swirl appear in the area between your eyebrows. Let it gather energy, grow and increase.

Pay your attention to the warmth and pulsation - they should appear right at this moment. As soon as the feeling appears, observe it for a few minutes. After this, remain in a comfortable position for some time - the chakra will need it to calm down. This way you will secure the result. Over time, the entire meditation will take no more than 20 minutes.

Kundalini yoga and the 7th chakra

Kundalini yoga for the 7th chakra advises: meditation to open this chakra should be carried out only after all the others. Without this, you simply won’t be able to work with her, because with her problems arise precisely when they exist with any other. It unites all the chakras into a single whole and is capable of elevating a person, revealing to him the secrets of knowledge, and elevating him to another level of the Universe.

You can pump up your chakras using simple movements! How to do it? Find out now!

Surely, you already know - energy centers in the body tuned to a certain kind of vital energy(survival, love, self-expression, etc.)

The state of the chakras is in reciprocal connections with your body and your life.

If any sphere is “failed”, the chakra corresponding to it is unbalanced. With conscious work on this direction, the chakra becomes more active and harmonious.

This also works in reverse side. If you start work with chakra, automatically the sphere of life will level out for which she is responsible.

For example, when working with the heart chakra you can heal diseases respiratory system and improve relationships with people.

And when pumping the root chakra, financial success will be trampled.

The easiest way to effectively balance your chakras

One of the basic methods is yoga for chakras, or kundalini yoga.

This is a specially designed exercise system, aimed at achieving certain states of the energy system.

Exercises can be motor (asanas), breathing (pranayama), meditative, sound (mantras), etc.

What is especially noteworthy about these complexes is that they have a diverse positive effect on you:

  • Healthy body. Your muscles become stronger, blood flows to your internal organs, saturating them with oxygen and removing toxins. A “side” effect may be getting rid of excess weight and diseases.

There is one important factor in the occurrence of excess weight, which neither nutritionists nor psychologists know about. This…

  • Strong will. You exercise regularly, devote time and attention to yourself, and as a result, self-esteem and strength of the Spirit grow.
  • Balanced chakras. If the first two points can be provided to you by regular fitness, then yoga offers exactly conscious work with energy through physical practice.

If other methods of balancing the chakras are still difficult for you, even a beginner can do simple physical and breathing exercises.

When performing a certain sequence of actions, kundalini yoga has a harmonizing effect on each chakra. Thanks to this, vital energy kundalini rises freely along the central channel.

It promotes your inner liberation, spiritual insight, health and success in the physical world.

I myself do yoga at an amateur level, and, of course, I am not a specialist.

Therefore, in the article I provide examples of kundalini yoga lessons for the chakras from recognized foreign experts.

It is clear that the article describes only an approximate set of kundalini yoga exercises. In fact, a complex for each chakra can be performed from 40 minutes to 1.5 hours, and include a wide variety of motor and breathing techniques, chanting mantras, and meditation.

One of the most popular yoga complexes for chakras from Maya Fiennes in video format can be found below. Also, you can contact a yoga center in your city.

My task was to interest you in this amazing practice, to pay attention to the health of your body and balancing your energy.

Write in the comments, do you do yoga or other physical practices for spiritual balance? What results have you achieved?

P.S. If you want to learn more about your chakras and balance them, come to basic course Alena Starovoitova “7 keys of awareness.”

This is one of all types of modern yoga, which includes a set of exercises. Kundalini yoga aims to raise the kundalini energy, which is located at the base of the spine, through regular meditation. Kundalini energy passes through all chakras existing in a person slowly and in stages. At the highest stage, which is called sahasrara, its merger with Shiva occurs, which entails the cessation of the yogi’s own consciousness.

Introduction

Every person on the planet probably wants to get their health in order and general state souls. Currently, there are specialists who are able to develop entire sets of exercises for this. Maya Fiennes is one of them, and she also owns the innovative interactive project “Inspire the Fire”. All people who have at least once practiced 7 chakra yoga by Maya Fiennes have discovered in their body and soul the incredible power of mantra that can heal. And they noticed how yoga has a beneficial effect on a person.

The program of classes from Maya Fiennes is presented in 7 main classes. As a result of classes, any person can learn to gently and gradually influence the chakras. The final goal is the ability to naturally and unhinderedly raise life energy, which is called Kundalini. Any activity you choose has several stages: 1 – warm-up; 2 – cleansing; 3 – meditation; 4- chanting a mantra.

Chakra opening technique from Maya Fiennes

Opening of 1 chakra:

Due to the fact that our energy absolutely always goes from bottom to top, it is recommended to start practicing Kundalini yoga with Muladhara. The entire cycle of classes is combined with original music for meditation. And so, the topic of the first lesson with Maya Fiennes is the opening of the first chakra. This is an energy clot that is colored Brown color, and connects man with the Earth. Work on it begins with finding its point. And it is located in the area of the perineum and tailbone. Responsible for the human internal and physical desire to survive. If it does not work correctly, a person is haunted by an unreasonable feeling of fear, constant lack of confidence in himself and his abilities.

Opening 2 chakras:

In the second lesson, Maya Fiennes moves on to opening the second chakra - Svadhisthana. To work with it to your benefit, you need to know its location. And it is located in the area between the navel and pubis. If you want to find a solution to the problem of dissatisfaction with your sexual and creative life, then the exercises from Maya Fiennes will help you. Svadhisthana is responsible for the joy of life. And this very thing is blocked by her feelings of guilt, anger, jealousy and a sense of ownership.

Opening 3 chakras:

The third stage is called Manipura. It is its radiance that radiates from the solar plexus area and throughout the human body. If Manipura is polluted, then a person becomes depressed, helpless, dependent on other people’s opinions and, most importantly, conflicted. And it’s the classes from Maya Fiennes that will help you cope with this, which will connect the upper chakras with the lower ones. And soon you will begin to notice how your emotions will begin to balance, and over time, willpower will gradually begin to develop. After all, it is in it that all life principles and stereotypes of a person are formed.

Opening 4 chakras:

If you have problems with the cardiovascular system, then you should urgently start working with the fourth chakra, which is called Anahata, which is located in the very center of the chest. In Anahata, both body and soul are united at once. And it is the set of exercises that Maya Fiennes developed that can enhance solitude with the world and awaken hidden sociability in you. If Anahata is contaminated and not purified, then the heart and lungs begin to hurt first.

Opening the 5th chakra:

Once you have opened and cleared into Anahata, you should move on. And then the fifth chakra is located - Vishuddhe, it is located in the throat area. After its purification, it is activated, and the ability for creative realization begins to manifest itself. A person ceases to be insincere, as well as to hide his real emotions. If Vishuddha is contaminated, then a person develops diseases of the thyroid gland and throat.

Opening the 6th and 7th chakras:

The Ajna chakra is located between the eyebrows and performs the task of the third eye in a person. If you start practicing in the field of Kundalini yoga, then there is a huge opportunity to go beyond the boundaries of life’s ideas. After completing a set of exercises by Maya Fiennes, the sixth chakra is activated, and this will lead to a sharpening of intuition. It will become easier for you to give up bad habits. In just a small amount of time a day, working with the sixth and seventh chakras, which is called Sahasrara, you can discover insight and harmony throughout your life. Work on it begins with finding its point. Sahasrara is located in the parietal region of the head.

If you nevertheless decide to experience all 7 lessons of Maya Fiennes, which are aimed at cleansing and activating the 7 chakras, then you can improve the functioning of the endocrine glands. You will also be able to feel the renewal of not only your body, but also your intuition and even your creative potential. And you can achieve all this with the help of a Kundalini yogi. If this is not enough for you, get acquainted with the technique.

Signs of a harmonious chakra:

if the chakra is harmonious, then you will feel your connection with God, unity with other people, the rest of the world. You can also realize your uniqueness and place in our world.

Signs of a polluted chakra:

if your chakra is contaminated, then you will not be left with a feeling of loss, depression, loneliness in a crowd of people, reluctance to communicate with other people, a lost taste for life and especially the fear of death.

Symptoms of Sahasrara imbalance:

lack of spiritual connection with God, the desire to think about the highest, but this is constantly impossible due to thinking about earthly concerns.

Medicine for Sahasrara:

In order to heal Saharsrara you will need to light a candle and try to focus on the place of the flame that is closest to the wick - it has purple. You should meditate on this light, and then begin to imagine how the fire fills you entirely and consumes your body. To continuously cleanse the chakra, it is recommended to wear pearls, opal, clear quartz or moonstone. Listening to Schubert’s “Ave Maria” is also suitable for cleansing.
