Anticipating the publication of the following text by Andrey Devyatov, the editors of "Changes" are pleased to bring to the attention of their readers a very good news: a book by Andrey Petrovich Devyatov published in Chinese by the Publishing House of the Academy of Social Sciences of the PRC in Chinese has arrived in specialized bookstores in the PRC and in XINHUA stores «NEBOPOLITICS. For those who make decisions” (“TIANYUAN ZHENGZHIXUE”). Thus, de facto, the international recognition of the new heretical teaching about the doctrine of time and the Spirit developed in Russia within the framework of the Academy of Nebopolitics took place. The editors of "Changes" bring their congratulations to the author.
And now a new text by Devyatov, a letter dedicated to the discussion name and image of Russia in the eyes of the peoples of the Asia-Pacific region.
Raising the question of the name of Russia, which will be, the heretic-nebopolitik and writer Devyatov had in mind the applied task of drawing public attention to the political phenomenon of the formation of the Eurasian Union (USSR-2), cultivated by Putin V.V. on the platform of the EurAsEC, the CSTO and the Customs Union.
The Soviet anthem sang: "Unbreakable Union ... rallied forever Great Rus'" (note not Russia - Elosy). Now Great Rus' has the intention to rally the new Eurasian Union. It is under this phenomenon that it is time to “correct the names”.
Correct the Horde OROS - OLOSY (see the last book of Academician Tikhvinsky about the image of Russia in the eyes of the Chinese).
Correct the incident of the loss of the title "GO" in the name of liberal Russia. Let me remind connoisseurs of scientific knowledge of linguistics, methodology and didactics that the permanent members of the UN Security Council: the PRC, the USA, Brit, France, and also Germany are all “GO”. But Ukraine, Russia, Libya, Gambia and others, others - NOT "GO" (the essence of the tribes from the outskirts, whose fate is on their knees to bring gifts of local products to the Middle State).
Correct the flawed name "lyanbang", lowering the political status of the Russian Federation to the Boham Islands.
Correct for the future status of the Russia that will be, the new name LU SIA (RUSSIA) with the hieroglyphic meaning "Sacred Eurasia".
Correct urgently, before the start of the second storm wave of the global crisis.
Fix so that in the dialogue of civilizations that has begun. Russian civilization would no longer be a vassal of the Horde - ELOS, but equal to the Middle-earth Hans of the Sacred (LU) civilization of Western Asia (LUSIA).
Scientific knowledge of linguistics, methodology and didactics should also be combined with scientific knowledge of history, culture, economics and politics. And in order for Russia (Elos) not to become a vassal of the “new horde” in the new world order, they will have to rely not on the academic science of the linguistic foundations of the Chinese language, but on the art of winning the war of meanings.
And to start with the introduction of a new name for Eurasian Rus' - LUSIA in the combination "Russian civilization".
In any case, in my publications in Chinese, I will begin to do this on a whim. And I call on those who are not indifferent: “Do as I do!”

Many people, after several months or years in the office, eventually come to the desire to radically change their occupation. In particular, do freelancing, organize your own business, or completely immerse yourself in creativity. But no matter how tempting these plans are, not everyone runs the risk of leaving the place that has become familiar and recovering no one knows where and no one knows why.
This fear is natural, like any other fear of the unknown, but succumbing to it, it is impossible to change your life. And for those who, despite everything, still ventured to seek their own happiness, the following tips can be a good help.
1. Listen to what your inner voice is telling you.
Usually we rarely listen to what our heart tells us, our inner voice. We are accustomed to trusting other people's opinions, but not our own, and this is the main reason for many failures and "wrong things" in our lives.
So now that you are at a fork in the road and your future is even more uncertain than before, it's time to start listening to yourself. It is not difficult in fact, you just need to allow yourself to do what seems right for you, and not for someone from your environment.
2. Don't Forget Your Mental and Physical Health
Life changes are always stressful for the body, and you should not aggravate the situation with a bad lifestyle, malnutrition and endless worries. Let the body adjust to a new rhythm for it, help it. The time of your search for yourself is better than ever for your passion for yoga, vegetarianism or other practices that obviously promise more energy and health. However, if you do not want such a cardinal, regular morning work-out, healthy sleep and a diet in which the amount of vegetables and fruits will prevail over the rest of the food.
3. Try to replace fear of the unknown with an image of your happy future.
Being unaware of what awaits you is undeniably frightening. But still, try not to be afraid, and instead of fear, pay attention to your desires and what you want to get from life, deciding on these changes. Visualize yourself in the future when you achieve the planned success. For example, register a company in the UK and earn a lot of money. Imagine everything as vividly as you can. And invoke this image whenever you feel that you are overcome by fear or doubt.
4. Don't Forget People's Support
But here we must make an important remark. Support should come from those who agree with and approve of your choice. Because comments and doubts from those who are against your decision will only undermine your confidence, and this is not at all what you need now. So until you achieve some success on your new path, limit your social circle to only those who will help you achieve your goal. Then, when you gain unshakable confidence in the correctness of the chosen path, other people's doubts can no longer change anything.
5. Stop comparing yourself to others
It's so easy to start comparing your own and other people's achievements, tie everything to age, and, looking at the more successful ones, sink into your own depression. But this path will certainly lead nowhere. Therefore, remember that everyone has their own path, and it really doesn’t matter what you have achieved at a certain stage in your life. More importantly, are you happy. You can be a billionaire, have whatever you want, and be a deeply unhappy person. So focus on what you want and move towards the goal without paying attention to anyone. And if others begin to compare you with others - well, this is their right, and you have every right not to prove anything to anyone.
6. Celebrate all your achievements, no matter how small they are.
Usually the path to a big and great goal is very long and difficult, and if you do not divide it into small sub-points, then there is a risk of not reaching the finish line. But when you overcome another small barrier, get up one more step higher, this is the best incentive for further advancement. Praise yourself, rejoice in victories, do not be upset because of defeats - they do not mean failures, just another sign that you have room to grow.
7. Remember that you are amazing, regardless of your monthly income or your creative achievements.
We often pay attention to the material well-being of people, falsely considering this the main criterion for success in life. But money does not equal happiness. But happiness is dreams come true, it is the disclosure of creative potential, it is the freedom that you finally allowed to be in your life. And who cares how much you earn or how many books you have written, how many pictures you have drawn, if you already feel happiness. Now, every second.
Do not be afraid to take a step towards your dreams, do not be afraid to discard all past attachments. You are not the first on this path, you are not the last. But you are one of those who risked their false certainty in life in order to achieve real happiness.

In 2011, the book “Nebopolitics. For those who make decisions” was published in Chinese by the publishing house of the Academy of Social Sciences of the People's Republic of China. At the same time, in China, non-politics received the status of a “teaching” (Tianyuan zheng-zhi xuyo).
In the art of management there is an integral field of activity, about which, as well as about the chastity of a woman, it is not customary to expand. This area of activity is called intelligence.
The point of intelligence is to find out the truth. And the truth is always bitter. The truth hurts the eyes. Therefore, it is covered with a veil of secrecy. The opening of the secrets of being is a sophisticated and risky activity of the “cloak and dagger”; concentration of will and intense, resourceful work of the mind; long searches and discoveries and, finally, a breakthrough to understanding processes.
According to the method of knowing the truth of life, intelligence is something that embraces science, art, and mysticism. In the masterpieces of its activities, intelligence predicts the order of development of events. The transition of mankind through the post-industrial barrier at the level of the Universe accompanies the change of cosmic epochs; the axis of precession of the planet Earth from 2003 to 2014 completes the transition from the constellation of Pisces to the constellation of Aquarius. There are cardinal changes in the state of nature, society and consciousness.
The "new sky" of Aquarius promises and " new land» information society. In this treatise, to help those who seek the truth, the most probable scenario for the future of Russia is predicted by the methods of higher intelligence of consciousness and time.

“A scout becomes known to the world only when he suffers a major setback. Perhaps the same can be said about intelligence. This organization, by its nature, must see and hear everything, while remaining invisible itself.
For me, predecessors are people who did the same thing as me, these are colleagues who help to work, and sometimes confuse them with a wrong view of this or that event, a light attitude to some fact, etc. We deprived of direct communication. It's okay, we do not communicate with many contemporaries who are engaged in the same affairs as we, although we know them in absentia. They also belong to our community, where the main thing is not temporary barriers, but involvement in a common cause. It seems that my thought is not quite clearly stated, but it is hardly worth carving at the clarity of the wording. You need to feel that you yourself, your work, life are just an insignificant part of a huge common, not divided into past, present and future. Particles of this common are the predecessors.
The main question that sooner or later every person asks himself is: “Why me? What is the meaning of my life? What is the meaning of my work? It would be extremely naive to look for an answer to the question of the meaning of life, and not because the question is not important. It is difficult to answer this question. As a starting point for further reasoning, we can take such a definition, not indisputable, but absolutely necessary for the people of our profession: "The meaning of life is in serving the cause." Not worship, not praise, not oaths, not just work, not service, but service to the cause.
This stage is reached when the matter becomes an unconscious, undeclared core of existence, when each step is consistent with the interests of the case, when the matter, without crowding out the worldly, spiritual, intellectual interests of a person, inconspicuously forms them, turning into unnecessary and annoying everything that can interfere case.
In order to serve a cause, one must believe that it is right, that it is part of something larger than the life of any of its participants.
We exist, we are alive, we feel like people only because we have a Motherland. We will stand on this and evaluate the past from this point of view, judge the deeds of our predecessors and contemporaries, and look into the troubled future. Thus the essence of our work becomes clear. The good of the Fatherland, the good of the people is above ideological disputes, personal and group self-interest, today's politics, above ambitions and grievances. For decades we've been following the maneuvers external forces, opponents and partners, revealed their secret plans, suggested the direction of response moves, entered into sharp fights, suffered losses. And always, even in the most difficult circumstances, the thought was present: behind us is the Fatherland, a powerful, unshakable state, behind us is a great people. The struggle for the Fatherland continues on new frontiers.
Of course, a single, powerful, cohesive state in the vast European expanses will not be left alone by either the West or the East. The reason is not that it threatens someone's safety. As long as it exists in this capacity, a monopoly of power - military, political or economic - is impossible in the world - the domination of any coalition is impossible.
Our service is like a kind public institution, rests on three pillars: mutual trust actors, dedication and exactingness... Trust does not preclude exactingness. It is exactingness that makes it possible to stimulate work, to single out capable and conscientious people, to get rid of those who do not justify trust. Demanding is one of the faces of human justice, it should be the same for everyone - from the head of intelligence to the youngest, novice worker. Demanding cannot go only from top to bottom, it must be universal and mutual. And finally, dedication. Our service cannot offer an employee material benefits, a quick career, or public recognition. The intelligence officer must be modest and inconspicuous, his main motive is devotion to the cause and his comradeship, in serving the Fatherland.
The leader must have his own conscience. And away from people. who need power. Further away from power and its companion - lies ... Yes, I am a soldier of a defeated, retreating army, but I will not allow a louse to eat me!
The work that my colleagues and I have been doing for many years is the most interesting, most exciting, in my opinion, that life could offer.
That's how it seemed to me and still seems to be. Life is part of work, and it was always thought that they would end at the same time. Did not work out. Service is over, life goes on. That work continues, of which my work was an insignificant part. This work began centuries before my birth, it will not end as long as Russia lives. More and more new people will come, they will be smarter, more educated than us, they will live in a different world, not like ours. But they will continue the eternal cause, of which we and our obscure predecessors were a part, they will serve to ensure the security of Russia. God help them!
Time goes fast. What seemed unshakable crumbles to dust. Russia remains ... The sacred task is to help the Fatherland to the best of our ability to reduce the time severe trials, regain its place in the world community as a great power with thousand years of history, great culture, great traditions, with modern economy and science. Part I. INTELLIGENCE AS THE ART OF THE UNIQUE
1.1. Story
1.1.1. What is intelligenceIn the art of managing the state, economy and society, there is an integral field of activity, about which, like the chastity of a woman, it is not customary to expand. This area of activity is called intelligence.
Intelligence is a sophisticated operational information and sabotage activity aimed at combat support capture the future in a covert fight against competitors. To argue otherwise is to forget the ABC of military art.
Intelligence is conducted by both states and non-state structures (companies, banks, parties, clans, gangs). As well as supranational formations (spiritual orders, secret societies, Masonic lodges).
Intelligence as such is an attribute of management associated with forecasting, foresight and anticipation of the development of events. The forecast is achieved by calculation. Foresight is built by analogy with the past. And anticipation requires penetration to the source of the event. In Russian: the knowledge of the beginning or the knowledge of Raz is Intelligence.
The word "intelligence" has different meanings in different languages. So, if in Russian it means an active search for truth and insight into the root cause of an event, then in English language intelligence is a pure game of the mind, subtle calculation, a puzzle and intricacies of thought. And in Chinese, there are two characters with reading qing bao- this is not the mind and not the calculation, but the heart. This is a notice of interest, a report on aspirations and aspirations, a response to experiences, registration of motives, sincere service and retribution.
Intelligence is a high style of solving the problems of controlling an offensive without the use of overt violence. It is characterized by aggressiveness, audacity, resourcefulness, technicality and ingenuity in operational combinations. Acts as a hidden source of danger.
An enemy intelligence agent (spy) is a particularly dangerous criminal for any country, non-state structure or secret organization, which must be neutralized immediately and at any cost. For the scout is always on the offensive. And since only two types of military operations lead to victory - an offensive and a meeting battle, the scout is always the Victorious in potential. In the pre-industrial period and in industrial society, espionage was punishable by death. On the transition of mankind through the post-industrial barrier to the global information society, intelligence remains a source of danger of the first degree, the blocking of which is occupied by the relevant security agencies and services.
Intelligence has always been a dangerous and cruel business. And only people deprived of excessive sensitivity, tenderness and pity could engage in it.
In intelligence, the goal is often achieved, regardless of the means. Here theft, hypocrisy, temptation, deceit, set-up, blackmail, trap- The usual thing. Soft-hearted, conscientious and tearful people in intelligence could not cope with the tasks and died. The path of a scout is the best test of a person not only for loyalty to an ideal, resistance to temptation, but also for a tendency to slyness.
Intelligence is a difficult and thankless job that someone has to do anyway. Scout is one of ancient professions. Even the biblical prophet Moses sent people from himself “to look out for the land of Canaan ... what is it like, and the people living on it, is it strong or weak, is it few or many? And what is the land on which he lives, is it good or bad? and what are the cities in which he dwells, whether he dwells in tents or in fortifications?” (Numbers 13:18–20).
Intelligence is a service that, over the years, turns into a lifestyle. Former scouts does not happen in the sense that if the right order follows, then the scout will always answer "Yes".
1.1.2. Essence of intelligenceIntelligence is a way of identifying things in the darkness of the mysteries of being. In addition to intelligence, science, religion and art are engaged in the secrets of being.
Mystery is darkness, and light is truth. Light does not fight darkness. It's just that where light enters, darkness recedes. Therefore, we can say that intelligence is the “sword” of the Spirit of Truth, cutting a path for the truth of being. And the greatest scouts of the Way, Truth and Life are the prophets.
Since intelligence deals with the disclosure of secrets, it is an instrument of truth. For “he who does what is right comes to the light, that his works may be manifest, because they are done in God” (John 3:21).
Ideally, the image of a scout is an emissary (messenger) of Truth, carrying and defending the ideals of truth and justice in the land of happiness and joy.
The Scriptures of the Christians speak of the mystery of iniquity and the mystery of godliness. Therefore, the highest field of intelligence activity is the sphere of consciousness and time: feelings, memory, thinking, will - in the past, present and future. Where these higher mysteries of "the way, the truth and the life" are hidden. For only intelligence does not face the question of the naturalness of the organic combination of the beginnings of the mystical (not of this world) and purely practical.
The next level of conducting the truth of life is the exploration of the secrets of nature: geological and mineralogical (subsoil), geodetic (land), hydrographic (water), meteorological (air), astrophysical (space). The essence is groping (probing) and identifying things in the environment.
Then comes the classical exploration of the secrets of society: political, military, economic, industrial, financial, scientific and technical, and so on.
Intelligence is one way or another active actions. This is the exploration (extraction), collection, accounting, accumulation and systematization of data, as a rule, closed from the direct views of unauthorized persons.
In addition to finding out and logically analyzing the texture (what is), intelligence is called upon to notice and evaluate what is not, and answer the question: “Why not?”
To notice what is not, the gift of judgment is useless. This is where the gift of discernment comes into play. And in order to successfully distinguish (and it is necessary to distinguish not signs of form, but signs of the essence of things), intelligence must be carried out continuously so that there is something to compare and notice signs of difference - signs. In Scripture, "seeing the signs of the times" is commanded.
Information intelligence work is the overcoming of the mystery of being by the ability to work with meanings. It is a breakthrough to knowledge and understanding predominantly by the effort of the mind and heart. This is a sphere of high socio-humanitarian technologies capable of breaking the masks of incognito. Or, on the contrary, to hide the cognitive models of managing people's behavior with veils of disinformation.
Intelligence is scientific in method, but not science. For science analyzes the facts and establishes patterns, while intelligence is called upon to evaluate the signs and find, first of all, the root cause of the coming event.
Intelligence recognizes the irrational basis of events, but this is not religion. For, easily connecting the beginning of the mystical and practical, intelligence is directly connected not with the "heaven", but with practice (nature).
Intelligence in the results of insight creates masterpieces, but is not art in its purest form. For, focused not on the abstraction of the artistic image, but on the truth as it is, intelligence is always concrete in the unique conditions of the current situation. That is why there is an art of the unique.
Intelligence is a superposition over the triangles of science, religion and art, completing the plane of cognition of the secrets of being to completeness, integrity and adequacy of understanding the picture of the world in volume.
1.1.3. Intelligence as a systemIntelligence as a system of penetration into the mysteries of being is characterized by such words as information, management, future.
The most big secret being is what will be. Capturing the future requires event management. And management needs information.
Information the same is nothing but what is enclosed inside (in) the form (form). And inside the form is the content. That is strangers in the case of their interest in a thing, in the first approximation, only the form is available. What is given in the senses. Otherwise, data. And by no means what is hidden inside the form. Otherwise - in formation. Since in the mental capture of the future we are talking about non-material things of being, then information (content hidden by form) is only that which carries meaning. Meaning is what answers the questions: why and why? No meaning, no information.
And to get to the meaning, you first need to extract (collect) data. Then, by the effort of thought, organize disparate data. Reduce them to one or another accounting system, that is, turn data (maintenance) into information. And finally, in the information to identify the meaning. Look at the content of the forms. reach out to in formations. The essence is to remove the clothes of forms and expose meanings. And one can understand the meaning (understand) only by distinguishing one from the other in the group.
The meanings of being in people of different genotypes (blood) and different archetypes (culture), different races and languages are different. The memory of generations, for example, between the British and the Chinese is completely different. Therefore, it is impossible to avoid competition – the “war of meanings” – between the projects of the future.
The meanings of capturing the future include goals, intentions and opportunities, real and potential. They are the goals, intentions and opportunities, their own and competitors - and there is valuable information necessary for the implementation of event management.
What is an event? Being a portion of the flow took place - that's the event.
Being in volume is nature, society and consciousness. Time is past, present and future. And as a process, it is the exchange of substances, energy and information. Substance is any nature. Energy is what can do work. And information is what makes sense.
Since the process of being as an exchange of matter and energy is impossible without the third - information, then the possession of information provides control and management of the entire process. This is where the role and place of intelligence appears.
IN public life people's possession of information allows them to control and manage the exchange of natural values in the form of land, buildings, structures, machines, equipment, raw materials, fuel, gold, drugs, etc. And most importantly, manage energy. Including the energy of human life: money (body), conscience (soul), honor (spirit). Where money, conscience and honor are the motives of people's behavior, their desire to get up and do the work.
People management is nothing more than mastering them attention and then forcing behavior patterns influence on instincts (body), reflexes (soul) or passions (spirit). You can act with signals (commands), or without signals, changing the environment in which the person is located. Behavior is determined by the imputed goals of actions or inaction, intentions (plans) and opportunities to achieve the goal.
Goals, intentions and opportunities constitute a secret, since their open demonstration exposes the control system to the blow of competitors to capture the future. The control system is built from elements and structure. Elements in the behavior management system are meanings, that which answers the question: “Why?” The structure will be the interconnections of meanings with each other. Outside of relationships, meanings can either be misinterpreted or present clever misinformation. The essence of disinformation is to divert attention to false goals and then correct behavior.
The role and place of intelligence in managing people, but through people and events is to open the competitor's control system. Assess her condition (strong and weak sides) and the prospect of development or stagnation, identify vulnerabilities and, if necessary, carry out a subversive undermining.
In signal management, secrecy is achieved by secrecy of the signal. This is what cryptography does. The intelligence effort here focuses not on the elements, but on the control infrastructure: operating systems, communication protocols, codes, ciphers, the decryption of which reveals the secret. Protection against strikes against the signal control structure is achieved by high information technologies plus redundancy of signal delivery channels. And disinformation with duplication of false data - to create the effect of their confirmation - in different sources.
When controlling without signals - through a change in the environment ( external conditions situation) - a person can fall into an induced whirlwind of passion (egregor of the collective unconscious), when the mind (logic) turns off and only the "heart" (feelings) remains. No signals - no clear reflexes. Reflexes are blunted. Instincts are inhibited. For without signals there is no ratio of one to the other, there is no gear ratio, there is no ratio ("ratio"). That is, there is no actual information. Management is non-rational and non-informational. A whirlwind (psychic epidemic) can either be resonantly accelerated by a traveling wave (panic), or blocked by standing waves (stupor). In such an environment, intelligence should work primarily on the elements of the control system - meanings based on high cognitive technologies for modeling the processes of people's consciousness.
Future there is a matter of time, on the understanding of which the concept of the “war of meanings” and the image of victory over a competitor depend. In the pre-industrial period, time was threefold. The ancient Greeks had separate names for the three aspects of common time: chronos, cyclos, kairos.
Chronos This is the modern chronology. This is a measured step forward and up from the origin. This is the linear Gregorian calendar of 1582 that is now generally accepted in the world. This is the Newtonian (since the 17th century) duration in science. This is credit and loan interest in the economy. This is the arrow-shaped progress and modernity of the industrial society.
Cyclos are sunrises and sunsets, high and low tides. This is the development of coils of change. This is the indiction of Roman calends, it is also the Russian system for recording the circles of the Sun and the Moon - “vrutselet”. These are Chinese cyclical signs, devoid of the idea of the magnitude of the number ( chia. and, bean, dean...) and the Chinese cyclic calendar ( sat down). This is the sequence of events one after another, regardless of the duration of each of them. In finance, this is profit through margin from the exchange of three currencies. This is what is called a transaction (work done successfully and to the end) - a concept that appeared during the transition of mankind through the post-industrial barrier.
Kairos- this is the moment when a quantum (another portion) of the flow of radiant energy, which has a cosmic basis, arrives on Earth. This is a phase, a moment of the start of a new state in the development of life circumstances. This is a sharp deviation of the curve of a periodic process in relation to the axis of equilibrium (progress). This is a successful capitalization of expectations from everything that is called goodwill in finance. This is a lucky break in the Big Game with many unknowns.
The trinity of time is held by music. The trinity is irrational, so there is no philosophy of music.
Time in all three aspects allows us to see history not as a linear progress from the creation of the world to the end of the world, but as a sum of waves of different periods. Where the progress of "this world" is a special case of an ascending wave of a very large period, on which the waves of other periods are superimposed.
Therefore, the role and place of intelligence in capturing the future is as follows:
■ ahead of competitors in chronos- come to the boundaries of intentions and operational plans faster than others;

Our entire Central Committee of the CPSU, with its analytical departments, with all our social scientists, have not written anything intelligible about this.
This was announced in 1972 by Deng Xiaoping from the rostrum of the UN General Assembly when the Chinese entered the UN as a permanent member of the Security Council. Before that, Taiwan was there. When Mao Zedong died, after ousting the Gang of Four, Deng Xiaoping, having established himself in power, expounded this doctrine in his program article, which was called: “Chairman Mao Zedong’s theory of dividing the world into three parts, the greatest contribution to the treasury of Marxism- Leninism". It was published in the bulletin of the Xinhua News Agency, and I, being an employee of the Soviet embassy, read it in 1977, but then I also did not understand anything.
Years later, I was expelled from China for activities incompatible with diplomatic status, I had free time and I began to write my first book, "Chinese specificity, as I understood it in intelligence and business." And then I began to somehow comprehend there recent history China and I caught the eye of the same Xinhua Newsletter. I read it once, read it twice, read it three times and saw that it was directly written there, what this doctrine consists of. But with a European education, with chess schemes, you can't see it.
The division of the world into three parts can be described as follows: ourselves, our enemies and our allies. And not the European scheme: whoever is not with us is against us, or the law of the excluded middle, or the third is superfluous, or there is no third. Due to the fact that Chinese thinking is symbolic, although they launch misinformation, they cannot remove these symbolic reference points, otherwise the Chinese picture is destroyed, because the Chinese do not have abstract concepts. They write in hieroglyphs, they do not have signs, but symbols, the limit to which Chinese thinking can rise in its generalizations is an abstract representation. The Chinese cannot drop something so sensual at all, something sensual is brought into everything that the Chinese have. And when our wonderful scientists come up with their wonderful conceptual schemes, the Chinese do not understand them.
When they try to get into abstraction, they are forced to use the so-called “chenyu”, consisting of 4 hieroglyphs, as a rule, well, sometimes more, stable combinations that have either a cultural or historical background. And there are such thick chenyu dictionaries. When a Chinese begins to express himself in this language, no translator can cope with it, because one such thick chenyu dictionary is not enough for a European mind to cover all this culture and history. And Chinese translators cannot translate this, because these are often untranslatable things. I will not say anything new and will not reveal any secret about the fact that Chinese poetry is untranslatable.
V.V. Averyanov: And then we don’t translate the Tao Te Ching?
A.P. Devyatov: Yes, I'll tell you now. There are possibilities for interpretation. As for the actual translations of the Tao Te Ching, there, at best, 30 percent of the content can be somehow conveyed. But if you give not so much a translation as a sum of Chinese interpretations, then a lot can be understood. At the language level, the barriers are extremely high. When trying to transfer Buddhism to Chinese soil, they suffered a lot, and nothing happened, because there were no letters, any hieroglyph is a symbol, after it is imagery, and it pulls meanings that do not correspond to these Buddhist things at all. It's the same with the attempts to Christianize China. For example, there is no hieroglyph "God", there is no hieroglyph "shame", there is no hieroglyph "conscience". And this great Chinese Wall hieroglyphics fences off the Chinese consciousness from foreign influence. Attempts to translate Chinese into Latin were unsuccessful. At one time, these attempts were explained by the fact that the hieroglyph did not fit into a typewriter, into a telegraph. The entire language consists of only 612 syllables, variants of the pronunciation of whole words. And in writing, the thought is fixed by hieroglyphs, of which there are tens of thousands. And each hieroglyph was created to record a whole word, the hieroglyph carries a holistic meaning. And how do you order to be with those meanings and phenomena that did not exist before? What about lasers, what about holography? The Chinese take these hieroglyphs, that is, the root meanings, and from them they make two-syllable, three-syllable ones, then they are quietly reduced to two syllables, and in this way those things that did not exist in antiquity are fixed. That's how they manage.
Well, then, when this laptop suddenly appeared, a computer, it turned out that hieroglyphs are better than letters because of their capacity. The hieroglyph directly captures the meanings, bypassing long phrases. In writing, hieroglyphs are reduced to five features: horizontal, vertical, right-leaning, left-leaning, and dot. A system for searching for a hieroglyph in dictionaries by five features has long been invented. This system was taken as the basis for typing. And the girl who types the text in China only hits five keys. Then, like a girl who types alphabetic text, she hits 22 or 33 keys. The girl who hits 5 keys is faster. Well, automated input of printed text and processing of hieroglyphic texts turned out to be more convenient than alphabetic ones. Therefore, the Chinese simply abandoned all ideas of changing hieroglyphs to small letters. And when the telegraph arose, then the hieroglyphs were simply given numbers and 10 thousand hieroglyphs were driven into a telegraph code, it was called the Plain code. (Plain is an Englishman who gave them this code, or imposed it, since the British read this correspondence perfectly.)
Now, as for Mao Zedong. The Chinese from antediluvian times, that is, before the Flood, received the so-called code of changes (not to be confused with the Book of Changes). The Book of Changes is a cover legend that is made to keep the uninitiated, who do not have the key to the code of changes, out of it. Well, this is approximately the same as what the Jews did with Kabbalah. Go to any bookstore, there will be about a meter and a half of books about Kabbalah, if you add them up, but there will not be an ounce of truth about Kabbalah, all these are cover legends, strategic disguise.
All of our wonderful Sinologists have studied this Book of Changes. Does anyone in China read at least one work of our or foreign scientists who studied it and came up with interpretations? Answer: no. Because the Chinese know the code of change, they do not show the key to the code of change to anyone: and you, “white monkeys”, do what you want.
You will not find in any dictionary, in any encyclopedia, in any textbook what the law of change is. European education skips it. However, people with paradoxical thinking, thinking in Russian, revealed this law of change by the methods of divine revelation. There is such a sinologist Krushinsky Andrey Andreevich, who works at the Institute of Oriental Studies, he published a thin brochure in which, relying on Boole's algebra, he described this law of changes in mathematical form. There was also our compatriot Maslennikov, a mathematician and physicist, who did not even know the Chinese language. He dealt with the actual change code and described it.
The change code is, in fact, a barcode consisting of broken and not broken dashes, symbolizing even and odd. I will refer to the 89th sura of the Koran, which is called "Dawn". It begins like this: “I swear by the sunrise. I swear by sunset. I swear by 10 nights. I swear by even and odd." These are the same odd and even as the Chinese have in the code of change. The set of these even and odd barcodes reflects a set of certain situations, of which there are 64 in total. These situations correspond to the human genetic code, which was discovered by our scientist, biologist Petukhov.
The number of Chinese and only Chinese is divided into three aspects: magnitude separately, order separately, and odds and evens separately. The value is fixed in Chinese numerals, there are 10 such digits. There is no zero. To reflect the meaning of zero, there is a hieroglyph that reads "lin". The meaning of this hieroglyph is a drop of water that breaks into splashes. This is what the Chinese mean by zero. So that the value does not get confused with the number in order, the Chinese invented cyclic signs. There are 22 of them. And if Newtonian time is duration, then the Chinese have always had time as a sequence, because Chinese calendar does not fix the magnitude, but fixes the order.
The Jesuit brothers have done a great job of turning the cycles into a straight line. Prior to the Gregorian calendar, the chronicles were all recorded in the Indiction. The indiction is three wheels (solar, lunar and indict) that produce a set that never repeats. The circle of the sun is 28 years, the circle of the moon is 19 years and the indiction is 15 years. That's how many twist these three wheels, repetitions will never be infinity. This is that cosmic infinity and that cosmic eternity that existed before 1582. Russian chronicles are also written "vrutselet", using the same three circles. Then they were transferred to the same Gregorian calendar. First, Scaliger painted history in Julian dates, in the solar Julian calendar, and then the Jesuits replaced the Julian calendar with the Gregorian one. The same Jesuit brothers sent Matteo Ricci to China, who turned Chinese history into the Gregorian calendar. Then the Vatican sent a group of Jesuits, who worked remarkably well, "improving" the Chinese calendar. At the same time, the Chinese, of course, did not abandon their calendar, but, nevertheless, this Western influence worked. The fact is that these same Jesuit brothers supplied Leibniz with the appropriate things. About five years ago, a book was published in Russian, Leibniz's correspondence with the Jesuits, from which it follows that he simply took his binary code from the Chinese, from their ideas about even and odd. And Chinese calculus in odds and evens, Chinese abacus is a system that is embedded in modern computer algorithms. It was taken from Leibniz, and Leibniz took it from the Chinese.
Our wonderful sinologists with European education, interpreting the Book of Changes, interpret only the cover legend. And here again the difference between science and intelligence is highlighted. In intelligence, the main thing is: they put this misinformation at you, and you will always suffer with it, so the first thing to do is to determine whether it is misinformation or not misinformation, to deal with it or not to deal with it. And only Maslennikov, who did not know the Chinese language and was only concerned with the code of changes as such, found the key to this code in inversions and symmetries. Posthumously, he will someday be glorified by grateful descendants, but for now it is necessary to figure it out, to bring to practice what he did.

No, they write only that these are historical chronicles. And there it is directly stated in the title that history is cyclical, history is the sum of waves of different periods. And the Chinese know how to count these cycles. And Maslennikov drew this picture: oh, once, again, and showed that the code of change comes down to a description of 64 situations. From one point to another you can come in one jump, you can come in two jumps, you can come in three jumps, and so on. Deng Xiaoping launched openness reforms on two stratagems, stratagem number 6 and stratagem number 23. The 6th stratagem is the one that for some reason is mistranslated every time: make noise in the West, beat in the East. And it really sounds: make noise in the East, beat in the West. Academician Konrad was such a wonderful person, an orientalist, he knew all languages, at the end of his life he wrote a book called "East and West". And he was in the clinic of the 4th main department for treatment. His book was published, they brought it, joyful, such a book, so wonderful, so thick, but on the cover was printed "West and East." He looked at this case, got upset and died. This is true. Therefore, Western thinking will definitely put the West in the first place, that's how it works.
What does this stratagem mean? Making noise in the East is playing all sorts of stupid territorial claims, and under the guise of beating the West, including our God-protected Fatherland, which the Chinese consider the northwest (northwestern Europe).
Returning to the fact that the main ideas of Mao Zedong are 16 classical poems. Mao Zedong understood what role he played in history, he knew his destiny, he did everything as the great ancestors did, although we were told that he did not learn Marxism well, etc. His poem is called "To Comrade Gomojo". Gomojo was the head of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, that is, he personified scientists, the line of Confucius. Mao writes: yes, Confucius is wise, he wrote a lot, we all know this, this is our history, but Emperor Qin Shihua is the first of the first figures of our great history. And even though he was some kind of despot, he buried some Confucian scientists alive, it's all nonsense. He fulfilled the main purpose, he created an empire, he stopped the chaos, he stopped the intra-national strife of the warring kingdoms, put things in order and opened a dynasty. This is the meaning of this poem "To Comrade Gomojo".
The next doctrine since the 1989 Tiananmen Square events is Jiang Zemin. His theory was called "the theory of triple representation". And if we remove all the things that our wonderful orientalists from the Institute Far East, it will be a connection of three forces: smart, rich and all the people. Everything else is cover legend. The task was to transfer the smart and rich to an active state, then the whole people will benefit, since they are passive. And then the rich were recognized as worthy members of society, they were all accepted into the Communist Party, and business became more active. But the smart ones also became more active, scientists began to think more strongly, they were well motivated.
The current doctrine is called "The Theory of Scientific Development". It was adopted at the XVII Congress, and is designed for the period 2009-2019. The logic here is this: there is a tidal wave, and no matter what happens, we will still be in growth until the year 19, nothing will stop us.
