At the same time, a network of radar stations was created in Cuba and Vietnam, interesting data was obtained, including on the structure of the typhoon, which made it possible to begin modeling various methods impact. Theoretical work was carried out to study the possibility of influencing cyclones in temperate latitudes and the weather in this region. But in the early 90s. work on active influences on the weather in Russia practically ceased to be funded and was curtailed. So today we have nothing special to brag about. The “eye” of the typhoon is no longer of interest to us.

So, in 1977, within the framework of the UN, the Convention on the Prohibition of “Environmental Warfare” was concluded. The HAARP system, according to experts, can heat up individual areas of the ionosphere several tens of meters thick, creating areas of auroral structures, and then use them to reflect a powerful radio beam onto individual areas of the earth's surface. The range is almost unlimited. At least the northern hemisphere of the planet is completely covered. Since the Earth’s magnetic pole is shifted towards Canada, and therefore Alaska, “HARP”, let us note, is located at the center of the dome of the magnetosphere. From the point of view of danger to all humanity, its position cannot be called anything other than strategic.

The famous scientist Dr. Rosalia Bertel (Canada), who studies the impact of wars on ecosystems, believes that we are dealing with an integral weapon with potentially catastrophic environmental consequences.
